In Stock Girasol Wraps

In stock carriers ship within 2 to 4 business days Monday through Friday by USPS Priority Mail. Usually your order will arrive on your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days from shipping within the US. Orders outside the US usually take one to four weeks to arrive by USPS Priority Mail.

All orders of Pinkletink exclusive Girasol wraps are subject to availability. Exclusives sell out quickly and sometimes the size you ordered is not available though you thought it would be. I do my best to update the site quickly and effieciently regarding availability, but due to the popularity of these wraps it is not always possible to fill all orders. If the item you ordered is not in stock you will recieve an email from me letting you know that the order cannot be filled and will be given the option of switching to a different size (if available. We will discuss changes in price as well) or canceling your order for a full refund. This does not happen often, but it does happen and I wanted you all to be aware of the possibility of an item being out of stock. 	Pinkletink Baby's NEW DESIGN Spring Rain! Girasol Exclusive PRE_ORDER NOW This beautiful Girasol colorway is only available through Pinkeltink Baby! This is the first of a series of 4 wraps from Pinkletink baby called the Seasonal Elements series. Spring Rain comes in with the color pallette of Spring. Seven stripes of pale blues and greens will offer a calm, wet, Springtime look, a look that will be enhanced by the aqua weft color. Imagine the pale leaves just sprouting on a damp April day. Imagine the haze of green buds about to pop out as the sun dries the Spring showers away. This pre-order will run until February 8th. These new wraps will be woven in February and March, and they will ship around the beginning to middle of April. THE ONLY WAY TO BE SURE OF GETTING THE SIZE YOU WANT IS TO ORDER DURING THE PRE-ORDER PERIOD! Ring slings are made by Girasol with a gathered shoulder and run about 78 inches from the rings to the shorter side of the taper. Wraps are available with tapered ends or with fringe. 	SNOW DIAMONDS Pinkletink Baby exclusive Girasol! The pre-order is closed for an exclusive diamond weave rainbow from Girasol. The incredibly popular Snow Rainbow will be woven in a diamond weave pattern for the first time! PLEASE NOTE: The photo at the left is for reference purposes so you can see the stripe pattern of SNOW RAINBOW. DIAMOND RAINBOW will be woven with this popular stripe pattern, but rather than the twill weave shown at left it will have a diamond weave pattern which will make it look slightly lighter. This pre-order IS CLOSED while the wraps are woven, cut, and sewn. Because of the complexity of the pattern and the fact that not many of Girasol's weavers are able to make diamond weave, not to mention the popularity of this weave and the high demand for this type of wrap, the pre-order must be done well in adavance of the wrap actually being finished. I expect this wrap to be shipped to me around the the end of March or maybe mid April based on what the people at Girasol are saying. 	Pinkletink's own Fire and Ice Girasol Exclusive - IN STOCK NOW! This beautiful and unique Girasol colorway is only available through Pinkeltink Baby! This wrap features a band of stripes of black, red, and orange on one edge and a band of stripes of blues and purples on t he other edge. The total width of the colored stripes is about 16 cm on each edge with a wide stripe at the very edge working down to the lightest, narrowest stripe. The center of the wrap will be 38 cm of a neutral off-white/beige. The weft color is off-white. Depending on how you wear this wrap it will have two very different and distinct personalities! Girasol Wraps

Since 1984 Girasol has partnered with Guatemalan natives to produce slings of high quality at favorable prices. They received the highest rating in the special issue "Kleinkinder " ( "Toddlers" ) of the Oekotest magazine, 2000.

Girasol wraps guarrantee the following:

Unique, beautiful, ever-changing patterns and colors.
Girasol wraps are made only of untreated pure cotton, which is neither pre-bleached, nor chemically trimmed.
No formaldehyde, halogenorganic compounds, aromatic amine or optical brighteners, chemical treatments or glaze is used.
Girasol weavers are masters of the special diagonal weaving technique, which guarantees the slings elasticity and durability.
Girasol's partnership with Mayan weavers is based on fair trade and their guarantee to provide them with continuous orders.
A doubled seam is added to prevent the edges from pinching.
Girasol slings are washable at 140 degrees F. in a washing machine.
The slings are given extra length to compensate for shrinkage, which happens to untreated cotton.
All Girasol wraps come with detailed instructions in tying the wrap into six different holds.
